The OTPF goes over domains with specific areas highlighted such as occupations, client factors, performance skills, performance patterns, context and environment and finally activity demands. Like what habits the client is struggling with and how this will effect their performance skills. The OTPF aids the therapist in looking at all elements related to various occupations. It’s is essential to have an understanding of this document to be a good therapist.

The tasks I complete under these activities are buckling seatbelts, using caution when driving, preparing food (cutting bananas). There are many other occupations, activities, and roles that fall under being a nanny!
